Santa Clara County Public Health Department

The Public Health Department provides PrEP navigation services, free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, condoms, and lubricants. It also offers low-cost services for the screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.

The Health Trust

A local provider/funder/advocate, offering a variety of services to low-income Santa Clara County residents living with HIV/AIDS, including (but not limited to) medical and non-medical management, care coordination, and food assistance.

Bill Wilson Center

The Circle of Care HIV/AIDS Support Program offers free support to anyone impacted by HIV, including weekly groups conducted in English and Spanish.

Asian Americans for Community Involvement AACI – HOPE Program

The AACI HIV Outreach, Prevention, and Education (HOPE) Program provides PrEP navigation services, free HIV Rapid Testing, Counseling and Referrals, in addition to different outreach activities, to the community in Santa Clara County.
